Working closely with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and top quality craftsmanship
Setting up and printing orders on both manual and automatic presses
Mixing ink using Wilflex mixing system
Effectively monitoring your production quality during production to meet client standards
Troubleshooting technical difficulties and making adjustments as required
Breaking down the press after printing
Assisting with pre/post production as needed

Experience printing on both manual and automatic presses.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality prints.
Problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot in the moment
The ability to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks. You must be able to comfortably lift 40 lb. boxes.
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
A collaborative approach to work
Systematic and well organized, especially when under the pressure of tight deadlines.
